Contingent Placement
The most typical way of recruiting staff is on a contingent basis, when a fee is paid only at the time that the individual is placed. The amount is determined by a percentage of the candidate's total first year income, and is paid within thirty (30) days from the candidate's start date.

Consulting Services
Hourly charge for services in recruiting, searches, employment and other related projects.

Retained Searches
When seeking replacements or new hires for management and strategic technical levels, the most effective process is an exclusive search.  A fee agreement is determined, and one half is paid, and is nonrefundable, at the start of the search. The remaining amount is paid within thirty (30) days after the candidate starts.

Contracting Services
When looking for temporary professional help, we can provide candidates with proven skills on a 1099 or W-2 payroll basis.
